The multilanguage interface of the component is achieved with the usage of local resources. For each of the user controls, part of News component is defined local resources file.
Version 2.0.100.0 comes with local resources in English. The folder with the resource files is App_LocalResources and is placed in MC_News/Sources folder.
The developers can modify the existing local resources but they should keep the names of the keys. Also they can create resources for other languages and cultures which have the same keys.
